Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option. Delivery times may vary, but most orders within the U.S. arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or shows as not delivered, you must contact us at business@tru2success.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date with proof. Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at business@tru2success.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
